Supporting you all the way from diagnosis, through your treatment and beyond

My Aim

About the Programme

3pronged1

A 3 pronged approach combining your Medical treatment,  your Lifestyle  and your Mind-set, helping to give you the best chance of fighting cancer and coming to terms with your situation.

Working in conjunction with your Medical Treatment, I tailor your treatment to your needs, using various therapies depending on the issue in question at the time.

Healthy Living

Many of us don’t think about what we put into our bodies, and what effect eating the wrong things can have.

It is important to have the right diet and exercise routine, suitable for your condition. To help you stay focused and positive.

Feeling and Looking Good

Some tips and ideas how you can make yourself look and feel as good as possible, and where you can meet with others who are going through the same as you.

Positive Thinking

Positive thinking and a relaxed state of mind, can help your immune system fight back. Using many of the relaxation methods available in conjunction with your Medical Treatment.

In the 2010-11 statistics, 50% of all cancer patients survived more than 10 years, and this figure is increasing all the time.
